Omar Ruiz and his team at LeRu Investments are good business contacts and have been great to work with. I’ve done several financing transactions for them that included Apartment loan acquisitions in California and out of state and loan refinancing. They do a good job of providing timely information when it’s needed and quickly responding, communicating and following up, which always makes my job easier.

They also provided property management services on my condo and doing showings, screening tenants, collecting rents and being an intermediary working with the HOA and another property owner to assist them in getting repairs done and ensuring my unit was not adversely affected.

We found many apartment-finding websites but when we contacted LeRu, they were swift and professional. Myself and Ms. Dittmore were able to quickly view the unit. From this, we knew LeRu was committed to their business.

Throughout the lease, LeRu maintained open communication regarding rent payments. They confirmed deposits made, and conveniently sent monthly bill-statements. We received emails regarding any maintenance (such as fire alarm inspections) far in advance, so that we could be aware and prepared.

Lastly, when we had to cancel our lease, due to COVID-19 related issues, LeRu was more than understanding and willing to accommodate us. Both parties had consistent communication and made the move-out process swift.

We’re very thankful to have found this apartment, and thankful LeRu was there for us. I would also like to specifically thank Jesse Bridge, for he was our main contact.
